The story behind the name: StoneGinger

Stone Ginger was a race horse in New Zealand which won every race it entered (in the 1910s) and means a certainty ... according to Brewer's Dictionary of 20th Century Phrase & Fable.
It has be the trading name of Hilary Glassborow since 1990. She was somewhat gingerish and sometimes a bit stony, so it seemed a good choice, even if she was no race horse! Her colouring has faded and she has mellowed somewhat (but is known to revert on occasion) but she is still no race horse!
